Establishment of a new institute: Institute of Food and One Health (FOH)

The previous institutes – Institute of Food Chemistry and Institute of Food Science and Human Nutrition – are merging and will form the sections of the new institute. In any further correspondence, we will be known as a section of the Institute of Food and One Health.
The new common website will be launched soon.

The Institute of Food Chemistry (Institut für Lebensmittelchemie) works on a wide spectrum of food chemical, analytical and biotechnological topics. Among others, it comprises scientists of the disciplines of food chemistry, biotechnology, biochemistry and life science.
